Do you have to spray the inside with WD-40 with each use? Do you spray it right there at the beach, or do you spray before you get there? Just wondering if I need to carry a bottle with me while at the beach. I'm not pro. Just something my daughter would like to do this year at the beach, so I thought I'd give it a go. Thanks!

Yuck, Every year the sand is washed away and is replaced with sandpit sand. Newport is always being washed onto instead, beautiful slushy muddy sand! WD-40 is absolutely not made of fish oil and isn't very environmentally friendly please don't do that!

The straw tecnique is good. Is this better than using a small brush ? I'd be scared the top of the arch would break. Would you need to start the whole bridge process again if it did or could a 'repair job' be carried out. I'm also very interested in the tools you use and the cost to buy them - sorry so many questions lol 😊

Ah so the sand ball is the tester. No I haven't got any tools but I've noticed some that you use, the orange circle tool, the scoop for windows and the slicing tool for steps. What are the prices and are these available in the UK. Thanks Andy

Just found your sandcastle vlogs by accident Andy so am following you on FB. I would like to try making a 'quick and easy' sandcastle like the one shown here. I know you usually do these in America and you occasionally come over to the UK. What are the best beaches you have found in England for making sandcastles. Would Skegness in Lincolnshire be suitable x

Hmmm, is WD40 really made of fish oil like this guy says?!? It sure doesn’t smell like fish oil. Check the ingredients before spraying this all over the beach.

Thank you for your videos! Followed your techniqes and we're doing very nice castles with my 5yo son :) We have quite small a 5-liter bucket but we're able to make 2-2.5-feet tall towers with it by raising it and filling it again (as you've also shown in some of your videos).

Hey Andy! I live in Naples, Florida and purchased your advance kit. Tools work great. I do well with hand stacking but can’t seem to get the ratio right for the bucket method. I think the sand here is different than your sand. Maybe I need less water and more sand? Anyway, thanks for this video-I’ll give the bucket method another try

So excited to meet you and learn more about sandcastle building techniques! We went to the beach and built a castle and used the disks that I bought to make a rounded ball! We also used your bridge technique and our bridge stayed up! Love you videos and all that you share! Thank you! Can't wait to come back to the Sandfest 2025 and compete in the amateur contest! Maybe sooner to practice!

This is so cool!! I don’t know how this man is not YT famous. He just made a ball out of sand that is durable enough for him to casually be tossing it around in less than five minutes. Five minute crafts has nothing compared the this man lol
